Embodied education is a transformative educational approach grounded in the body and direct experience. This approach works respectfully with our bodies to open up options beyond reactivity and trauma, allowing us to access creativity and responsiveness. Within compassionate community we learn about the traumatic impacts of violence and oppression on the body and practical ways to heal from intimate and social trauma. Together we practice behaviors that support sustainable healing, learning, allyship and social change.
